Feature Overview

Managing outstanding tasks. CRS Frontline puts your "to do" list at your fingertips - any time. Simply click on the task and the associated contact is open and ready!
Reviewing/using contact history. The history manager is always ready to check for "repeaters" or always available for finding, reopening and reviewing prior contacts. 
Finding product, problem and company information. Go directly to the problem/product information you need with a single click. Or, expand or refine your search in your electronic reference manual.
Accessing your manager or other representatives. Need a check approval? Not sure you are handling this one right? Click the "Task" button and you can instantly send a task to someone else.
Finding product, subjects and other codes. Drill down code selection allows you to start at the top and work your way down to the specific product, subject or location code. Or, if you know the first few letters, start there. You may also use wildcard filters.
Figuring out the right response. Let the system will fill in the right response based on information it already has about the contact. Most, if not all, variables are filled in automatically. You can't get much easier than that!
Tailoring the response. If you need to fine-tune the response further, use the integrated editing capabilities or Microsoft Word to edit your response.
Handling multiple responses per contact. When you need to respond to the same person twice or different people for the same contact, CRS Anywhere makes the process easy. Associate multiple customers (addresses) with a single contact -- and associate multiple contacts with one customer.
Keeping Notes. Don't mix up your notes! Use different types of notes for different purposes - e.g. internal, resolution, quality assurance, medical, legal, etc. Some types may only be edited or viewed with appropriate security. 
Getting the address right. If you prefer, type in lower case. CRS Anywhere will do all the correct capitalization. Enter the zip code and the city and state are filled in for you. Multiple cities? A popup window will let you pick the right one. Also, our address cleansing feature can make sure that the address is valid and conforms to USPS standards -- and add the +4 zip code! Canadian postal codes also available.
Asking the right questions. CRS Anywhere's Survey Response Manager alerts you when a "survey" is recommended for a contact. The system then leads you through a series of scripted questions for later analysis and presentation. Companies find that they can provide other departments - like marketing and manufacturing -- with accurate, actionable information.
